• All your valuables are required to be kept in the wardrobe and locked. We have provided additional lockable latch, so that you’re secure your valuables in wardrobe with your own lock and key. Management is not responsible for loss of valuables. Management is not responsible for misuse of your personal items including food items either by other residents or maids.
• In case the wardrobe key is lost, for security reasons both the lock and the key will be replaced and actual cost has to pay by you.
• Gates will be locked at 10.30 pm; you’re required to communicate in case of late to the Security.
• Rent is considered and calculated between 1st of every month to end of every month.
• Rent is excluding lunch during week days, tea and coffee on all the days.
• If you choose to vacate the PG you will be liable to give one month prior notice or payment in lieu thereof (i.e. unable to give notice, equal amount for rent has to be compensated for notice period.)
• The management may ask to vacate a resident without notice from the PG at any time on disciplinary grounds / nonpayment of Rent/ found violation of the generally accepted mode of conduct. Under such circumstances you need to forgo the Security deposit. The Management reserves the right to break open any room / wardrobe which is not vacated, pack up the contents and store it. No complaints of breakage or loss will be entertained.
• Drug abuse, consumption of alcohol and smoking or chewing of tobacco and its related products are strictly banned in the PG.
• Refundable Security deposit will not be adjusted for rent; it will be refunded only at the time of vacating the PG.
• Maintenance charge is Rs.2000 and same will be deductible from security deposit at the time of vacating the PG.
• You’re responsible for any damage / breakage / loss of any items in the PG including electronic /kitchen items and actual cost has to Paid by you.
• Male visitors are not permitted inside the PG and Female/ children visitors are allowed, but prior permission has to be taken from the management.
• PG accommodation has only been rented to you, you’re not permitted to share your accommodation with friends / relatives and also there are not permitted to stay behalf of you. 
• If you opt for temporary accommodation for your friends/mother/sisters, per day charges has to paid  in advance.
• You need to inform the management, about your return date, in case you’re not reporting to PG for more than 2 consecutive days.
• Following documents need to submitted at the time of joining
  

1. ID proof – Aadhar Card  / Driving License / Passport /  Pan Card / Voter's Identity Card /any other ID Identity card (subject to the management satisfaction)
2. Permanent Address Proof – Aadhar Card / Passport / water bill / electricity bill /  telephone bill any other ID Identity card (subject to the management satisfaction)
3. Working / Studying proof – Companies / college ID card .

• After 10.30pm windows and doors has to be closed while speaking with someone in phone or with the roommate.
• DO NOT IRON ON THE BED AND PG BEDSHEET USE YOUR OWN BEDSHEET ON THE BED TO IRON. IF IT GET SPOILED ACTUAL CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED.
• As Ample storage space is available for storing the luggage. You’re not permitted to keep luggage on the floor, as it’s difficult to clean the floor.
• There will be revision of rent every year in April.
•  This T &C will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
